Keep these questions by the phone. There are no wrong answers, only ones that fit your family better than others.

• Is your agency licensed in Delaware? What is the license number?
• What tasks do your caregivers help with, and which do they not?
• How do you choose and train caregivers? Are they employees of the agency?
• What is the shortest visit you offer, and how much notice do you need?
• What happens if the usual caregiver is sick?
• How do you charge, and what is included in the price?
• Who do I call with a concern, and how quickly will someone answer?
